Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service may take up to 2 weeks to ensure safe handling and assembly in your home.

Currently, Novara ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable.
